We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including: Perishable goods (such as food products), custom or personalized items, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will be processed the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotions.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days. Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days. Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard International: 10–14 business days. Expedited International: 6–10 business days. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.
FREE SHIPPING
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or events beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Packages marked as delivered but not received must first be reported to the carrier.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
