During that downtime, my passion for hot sauces was reignited. Now fully recovered, I've created a locally-operated business that captures the vibrant culture of New York.

While growing up, in our Brooklyn kitch, my father and I spent countless hours experimenting with different types of peppers and their unique flavors, leading to decades of enjoying and being adverturous with super hot and delicious peppers from around the world, while pairing them with perfect spices.
